![]() The result? A Sam Tyler jacket that is as near to perfect as one can expect and one very happy customer. So I commissioned the second version, this time making sure to listen to Indy about the Goatskin. But in a way I’m glad I made the wrong choice because in the time since my first commission, Indy had time to do more research into making the jacket as close to the original as possible. This wasn’t Indy’s fault by any means I made the wrong choice and didn’t take his advice in the first place. As much as I love that coat – and believe me I do - I couldn’t wear it as I had wanted and it had totally the wrong look when I tried. ![]() My first version of this jacket ended up being a coat. ![]() The fit in this case is a jacket that wears like a suit jacket and not a coat. I wanted a Jacket that was as screen accurate as it could be, right down to the fit. Way back in 2007 I commissioned Indy to make this jacket for me - as I stated in my original review below - but at the time when Indy recommended the Goatskin over the Cowhide, I didn't listen.
